Information
Inspired by the streamlined ferocity of its namesake shark, the Dogfish, designed by Caleb Waldman, embodies a sleek and minimalist profile that enhances ergonomic comfort and fits naturally in the hand. A long strip of textured jimping on the spine improves control and handling, while deployment via the thumb hole or intuitive button lock mechanism offers quick and safe one-handed operation. The innovative button lock ensures a safer unlocking process by avoiding the blade's path when retracting.
Crafted from tough, lightweight G10, the handle provides a secure, comfortable grip and features a distinctive water wave pattern reminiscent of a dogfish gliding through the ocean. This pattern not only enhances aesthetics but also improves the tactile experience, offering a satisfying feel even when the knife is closed. The blade, made from Nitro-V steel, excels with outstanding corrosion resistance, toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention, meeting the varied demands of everyday use. The Kizer Dogfish stands as a testament to design excellence, merging aesthetic appeal with practical functionality for a versatile EDC tool.
