The first chef's knife made by Helle in 60 years, the Dele will take your camp, cottage and home cooking to the next level with this unique and beautiful companion to your culinary adventures.
The Helle Dele (Dele: to split, or to share) is the first chef knife made by Helle in the last 60 years. The design was created in collaboration with professional chef Margit Dale who spends as much time outdoors as in the kitchen. The Dele's look takes inspiration from from the traditional European chefs knife, and a Santoku (Japanese general-purpose kitchen knife), and is robust enough for chopping and processing hard vegetables, but also features a razor sharp blade which allows you to slice through fish, wild game or softer vegetables with ease. Classified as a chefs knife, the Dele blade features a full flat grind. The handle is made out of curly birch, which has good anti-bacterial properties, and unique wood handle patterning. Includes a genuine leather blade cover.
