Production takes place directly in Portugal and still contains a high proportion of manual labor.
The quality of the MAM knives is also underlined by the fact that the manufacturer offers a 10 years warranty on its products.
Individual manufacturing processes and some design solutions are protected by patents. A unique feature is the locking knife lock, which is very functional and reliable.
